Creating Homes LLC was founded in 2010 by Owner/Acquisitions Manager Michael Lohin in order to provide homeowners a fair and reliable way to sell their property fast even in a challenging  real estate market. Creating Homes specializes in buying houses in “as is” condition. We are constantly looking to buy homes that are in need of minor repair and updating all the way to complete tear downs. In addition we also purchase smaller homes within high end neighborhoods throughout the Greater Boston area.

Creating Homes LLC develops any and all kinds of residential real estate from multifamily condo conversions to building new in-fill homes throughout Greater Boston's most desirable neighborhoods. We are a growing Design/Build Firm looking to provide homeowners a fair and reliable way to sell their home fast and in “as is” condition.


Michael Lohin
Michael is the Head of Acquisitions & Finance Manager for Creating Homes LLC. He began his career in the Real Estate business back in 2003 as a Top Producing Mortgage loan officer. After obtaining his MBA from Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, Michael started Creating Homes. In 2010 Michael began building Creating Homes LLC from the ground up, and presently he is in charge of daily operations, Investor Relations, project financing and all new acquisitions for the company. Currently Michael is looking to expand his company’s brand through providing top quality high end redevelopments and infill new construction homes in order to make Creating Homes a household name for Greater Boston homebuyers & sellers.
